Ingredients:
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup butter -- melted and cooled
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 12 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
12 cupcake liners
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place a cupcake liner into a 12-muffin pan.
2. Melt butter in microwave using a medium bowl.
3. Add milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
4. In a large bowl sift together the flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and egg mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes until done. Serve warm.
