Unsweetened cocoa
16 ounces semi-sweet (chocolate chips or coarsely chopped)

5 eggs, separated
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup powdered sugar

4. Use a whisk to beat egg yolks and vanilla in a large bowl. Blend in the chocolate mixture.
5. Beat egg whites in a small bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually add and beat in the powdered sugar. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
