Easy Chocolate Pie Recipe

Ingredients for this pie: 9 inch unbaked frozen pie shell 2 1-ounce squares of unsweetened chocolate 1/4 cup butter 14 ounce can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup hot water 2 beaten eggs 1/8 teaspoon salt1 1/4 cup chopped pecans
1. Preaheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Melt chocolate and butter together in a medium sized saucepan. 3. Stir in the Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, hot water, and the eggs. Stir well to thoroughly blend. 4. Remove from the heat. Add the vanilla, salt, and pecan pieces. 5. Pour into pie shell. Bake approximately 40 minutes or until center is set. 6. Cool. Chill in refrigerator or 3 or more hours. Pie can chill overnight, if desired.
