Frozen Chocolate Pie
Frozen chocolate pie is the perfect dessert for hot summer days. This frozen treat cold, chocolatey, and scrumptious. I got this recipe from my mother-in-law years ago. It's easy to make and tastes great!
Ingredients: 4 ounces Bakers German Sweet Chocolate 1/3 cup lowfat milk 2 tablespoons sugar 3 ounces cream cheese, softened 8 inch graham cracker crust 8 ounces lowfat coolwhip
Instructions: 1. Melt chocolate and 2 tablespoons of the milk in the top of a double boiler. 2. Beat the sugar and cream cheese to blend. 3. Add the rest of the milk and the melted chocolate to the cheese mixture. 4. Beat until smooth. Fold in the cool whip. Mix until blended. 5. Spread mixture into an 8 inch graham cracker crumb pie crust. Freeze for 4 hours or longer before serving.
