Microwave Rocky Road

This microwave rocky road recipe is easy to make and tastes so good. Satisfy your chocolate cravings with this simple dessert...A chocolate candy treat with nuts and marshmallows that is hard to beat!

Ingredients for Microwave Rocky Road:
1 bag minature marshmallows
2 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts
12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can Eagle brand milk
2 Tablespoons butter

Instructions for this Recipe:

1. Place chocolate chips, Eagle brand milk, and butter in a bowl. Melt in the microwave. Stir to blend.
2. Add marshmallows and peanuts. Stir until well mixed.
3. Use a rubber spatula to spread mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch glass pan that has been lined with waxed paper.
4. Chill for 2 hours or longer. Cut candy into squares.


5. Enjoy this delicious and easy candy treat now or freeze some to enjoy later.
