Microwave Rocky Road

This rocky road recipe is easy to make. A chocolate candy treat with nuts and marshmallows that is hard to beat!

Ingredients:
1 bag minature marshmallows
2 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts
12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can Eagle brand milk
2 Tablespoons butter

1. Place chocolate chips, Eagle brand milk, and butter in a bowl. Melt in the microwave. Stir to blend.
2. Add marshmallows and peanuts. Stir well.
3. Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch glass pan that has been lined with waxed paper.
4. Chill for 2 hours or longer. Cut candy into squares.
