Bake extra cookies to freeze and eat later!

Ingredients:
4 1/2 ounces softened butter
4 1/2 ounces brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/4 cups flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 ounces white chocolate chips
(or chopped white chocolate)
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
(Macademia, Brazil, or Walnut)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix the butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat well.
3. Sift the flour and salt into the mixture. Blend well. Stir in nuts.
4. Spray cookie sheets with cooking oil. Spoon dough onto sheets. These cookies will spread so leave space between the cookies.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
