White Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Treat yourself to a yummy sweet with this white chocolate fudge recipe. Looking for something different? This is a delicious alternative to traditional fudge.

Ingredients:
1 8 ounce package cream cheese (at room temperature)
4 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
12 ounces white chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped pecans



Instructions:
1. Toast pecans in 350 degree oven until lightly browned.
2. Line the bottom of an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper or waxed paper.
3. Beat cream cheese until very smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar; beating to blend in smoothly as you go. Add vanilla and mix together.
4. Melt the white chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler. Stir in pecans.
5. Add the chocolate mixture to the cream cheese mixture. Spread into the pan. Chill for an hour or two. Cut into squares.
